How should I prepare?
How long do the results last?
Drink plenty water the day of and stay away from carbs, sugar and alcohol for at least 72 hours after a session. This is to give your body the opportunity to achieve maximum results.
If having a session on the abdomen stay away from eating a large meal right before.
Once the fat has been released from the fat cell and exited the body; it is GONE!! However, if unhealthy diet and exercise routines persist, NEW FAT may be stored where the OLD FAT contents were released.
